Our terms and conditions are outlines and follows;

Please ensure to arrive at the salon 10 minutes prior to booking.

Should an appointment need to be cancelled, please call the salon and inform a member of staff, we will try our best to accommodate any late arrivals.

NO Refunds on Retail products.

Recommend a friend and you will receive £10 OFF your next appointment once your friend has paid for their service.

All hairdressing services come with a 7-day Guarantee.

 

COLOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Kyle Campbell Professional take it very seriously that if anyone who is new to the salon and has booked an online technical and colouring service, MUST have a skin test.

 

STUDENT DISCOUNTS

All students will receive 20% off services from MONDAYS - SATURDAYS.
Please show  staff a valid NUS or University card.

 

V.I.P MEMBERS

All V.I.P Members will receive up to date e-mails and text messages regarding their points available and any special offers.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
